Yes, fast food and snacks are available
Is there a dress code?
No, wear what you like
Where can I find set times?
Download the 'BTID Events' app from you phone or tablet. Set times will appear on the day of the event
Will the bars be tokens again this year?
Yes, tokens at large events are designed to minimise bar queuing times
Are there any cash machines on site?
No. There are cash machines within a five minute walk. Please obtain your cash before you arrive. Remember that card machines may run slow at busy events so we would recommend bringing some back up cash just incase
Can I pay by card?
Bar token booths accept both cash and card payment however, food, rides, merchandise & stalls may be cash only
Is there a cloakroom?
No
Can I bring perfume / deodorant?
No. Glass, hard plastics, aerosols or anything that can be deemed as a weapon is not allowed
Is there disabled access?
Yes. Please be mindful of the gaps between the deck boards
What does VIP get me?
Queue jump, exclusive bar area, toilets and free access to the after show party
Are we allowed to leave & return?
No, sorry, Festival rules apply. If it's absolutely necessary to leave then a pass out can be requested on the day
LOST PROPERTY
Any items found will be taken to the security office situated at the main entrance. Please report any lost items and we will do our best to return them. Any items found that are not returned during the event will be left at the venue for you to collect by arrangement at later date
WELFARE
We have a medical team on-site and and a medical room situated to the right of the boardwalk stage (STAGE TWO) If you or a friend feels unwell then please let one of our security team or a staff member know
TRANSPORT
Please note that there is nowhere to drop off directly outside North Pier. It is a very busy area on a major cross road that also has a Tram way. Please use the pedestrian crossings
PARKING
Blackpool has plenty of parking areas but please check times as some may not be 24hr. We recommend the following for close proximity:
Bank Street carpark FY1 2DT (Cars / Coaches)
Cocker Street carpark FY1 2BY (Cars)
COACH DROP OFF POINT - Central Street car park FY1 5BQ

TRAINS
Blackpool North train station is a 10 minute walk from North Pier
ACCOMMODATION
Both North Pier and the after show party are close to each other and close to Blackpool Tower. Trying looking for accommodation around this area. Blackpool is the Mecca of Bed & Breakfast accommodation. Go to: booking.com to check availability
UPON ARRIVAL
In order to get you all in as quickly as possible please adhere to the following
Have your tickets out of your pockets / bags, unfolded and ready to be scanned
For group bookings please make sure that everyone has a copy of their own ticket unless you are all arriving together
Both Barcode scanning straight from your phone or paper printouts are both fine
Everyone will be searched on entry
Glass, sharps, metals and all objects that could be deemed as weapons are prohibited
Weekend attendees may be refused entry on day two if your wristbands are damaged or look like they've been tampered with
QUESTIONS REGARDING TICKETS
I haven’t received a confirmation email regarding my online e-tickets?
First check your junk mail folder and if you don't find it in there then you can email Skiddle.com Or you can call them direct during office hours Monday to Friday on 08432 893333
I’ve bought an online (e-ticket) from someone else, will I need to change the name over?
Yes, the original ticket holder must first verify this by calling Skiddle.com on 08432 893333 Once they confirm a name change you will receive a new barcode that is unique to you and thus avoiding the purchase of duplicated tickets. Plus if for any reason your ticket doesn’t scan on the day then you can access your own online account via Skiddle to verify it. We can not allow entry with unverified tickets that don’t scan on the day so a name change is imperative
CAUTIONNever purchase tickets from touts that may be operating outside or close to the venue. Be cautious when purchasing tickets from people you don't know on social media, scammers are rife and can seem legit
The Beach
The beach and sea can look inviting, especially on a hot day. However, it can be extremely dangerous, even more so when intoxicated. BTID Events accept no responsibility for anyone entering these areas
